已登录时，优先使用 App 内「我的 → 设置 → 联系支持」。支持请求只有在服务器确认接收后才会显示已送达。
当前不承诺尚未建立的固定响应时限。提交时请保留 App 或邮件给出的真实回执。
账号与隐私
- 退出登录：在「我的 → 设置」结束当前设备会话；这不会删除账号或云端数据。
- 注销账号：在「我的 → 设置 → 注销账号」发起；只有服务器确认完成后才算成功。
- 访问、更正或删除个人信息：使用 App 内「联系支持」，或在无法登录时发送邮件至 support@qiaochengapp.com。

举报与屏蔽
在需求、方案或交付详情中打开「更多与安全」，可以举报内容或屏蔽账号。举报或屏蔽只有在服务器确认后才会改变状态；失败时可保留当前说明并重试。被举报方不会在 App 内看到举报者身份。
如涉及即时人身或财产危险，请同时联系所在地具备处理权限的紧急服务或执法机构；桥成站内举报不能替代紧急处置。
报告产品问题时请提供
- 桥成版本、iPhone 型号和 iOS 版本；
- 问题发生的日期、时间和大致网络环境；
- 从哪个页面开始、做了哪些操作、看到了什么结果；
- 如有错误提示，提供不含私人内容的准确文字或脱敏截图；
- 不要发送短信验证码、会话令牌、身份证件、完整私聊、API 密钥或付款资料。

Contact support
When signed in, use “Me → Settings → Contact Support.” A support request is shown as delivered only after the server confirms receipt.

We do not promise a fixed response time that has not been operationally established. Keep the real receipt provided by the app or email service.
Account and privacy
- Sign out: end the current device session in “Me → Settings.” This does not delete the account or cloud data.
- Delete account: start at “Me → Settings → Delete Account.” Completion requires server confirmation.
- Access, correct, or delete personal information: use Contact Support in the app, or email support@qiaochengapp.com if you cannot sign in.

Report and block
Open “More & Safety” from a brief, proposal, or delivery detail to report content or block an account. The state changes only after server confirmation; if submission fails, keep the description and retry. The reported account cannot see the reporter’s identity in the app.
For an immediate threat to personal or financial safety, also contact the emergency or law-enforcement service with authority in your location. An in-app report cannot replace emergency assistance.
Include this when reporting a product issue
- QiaoCheng version, iPhone model, and iOS version;
- the date and time of the issue and the approximate network context;
- the starting screen, actions taken, and the result you observed;
- the exact error text or a redacted screenshot without private content;
- never send an SMS code, session token, identity document, full private conversation, API key, or payment details.
