1. 谁负责处理你的信息
本政策适用于桥成 iOS App。个人信息处理者及运营主体为 刘璨。如对本政策或个人信息处理有疑问，可通过专用支持邮箱 support@qiaochengapp.com 联系。
2. 我们处理哪些信息
- 账号与登录信息你选择使用的中国大陆手机号、短信验证码核验结果，以及桥成服务器生成的用户 ID、账号状态和第一方会话。验证码只用于当次身份核验，不会成为公开资料。
- 资料与联系方式你主动填写的昵称、身份、技能、简介、经历，以及可选的协作联系方式。
- 项目与协作内容需求 Brief、预算意向、验收标准、方案、报价、站内消息、修改与结束说明，以及开发者主动选择上传的最终交付文件。最终交付文件限 PDF、JPEG、PNG 或 ZIP；我们还处理文件名、类型、大小、校验值和安全检测状态，以确认需求方收到的就是开发者提交的文件。
- 安全与支持内容你主动提交的举报、屏蔽请求、支持主题、问题说明和必要的处理记录。
- 安全、诊断与性能信息为限制滥用请求，我们处理由请求IP生成的限流标识、计数和时间；为保障服务可用性，阿里云函数计算与日志服务还处理请求关联标识、执行状态、错误类型、耗时、内存使用和延迟。这些记录可能与账号或请求关联，不用于广告或跨App跟踪。
- 本机必要数据语言、外观等本机偏好，以及为选择、暂存、上传、下载和核对交付文件所需的文件时间、大小与校验信息。桥成只会在你明确选择并确认后上传当前最终交付文件，不会扫描或上传设备里的其他文件。
桥成不使用第三方广告 SDK，不出售个人信息，不进行跨 App 跟踪，也不把举报、支持或交付内容用于广告画像。
3. 为什么处理这些信息
我们只为以下目的处理信息：建立和保护账号及会话；整理、发布和浏览需求；提交与比较方案；让中选双方沟通、修改、交付与验收；处理举报、屏蔽和账号安全；响应支持请求；诊断故障并改善服务稳定性和性能；履行适用法律要求。
4. 谁能看到什么
- 手机号、短信验证码核验结果和登录会话不会成为公开资料。
- 已登录用户只能看到你选择公开的资料字段和已发布的需求内容。
- 方案、方案绑定的站内消息和最终交付文件只对相应需求方与该方案提交者开放；未参与该项目的账号不能查询文件是否存在。
- 可选协作联系方式只向相应中选或共同协作关系中的参与者开放。
- 被举报方不会在 App 内看到举报者身份；只有获得授权的处理人员可为处置举报而访问。
5. 技术服务方与跨境边界
公开生产版本使用阿里云中国站处理账号、短信认证、资料、需求、方案、消息、交付、举报和屏蔽数据。最终交付文件保存在私有阿里云对象存储中，并通过阿里云安全服务做恶意文件检测；这些服务只获得完成身份核验、存储、安全检测和授权下载所需的最小权限。公开版本不接入第三方广告或跨 App 跟踪服务。
你主动打开的外部 HTTPS 链接由相应第三方网站处理；访问前应查看其隐私规则。
6. 保存、删除与账号注销
账号与产品数据在提供服务所需期间保存。未提交、被撤回、被安全检测拒绝或随账号注销清理的最终交付文件会从对象存储删除；提交并进入双方交付记录的文件只在履行交付、处理争议或适用法律所需期间保留。为处理安全事件、申诉或法律义务确需短期保留的记录会限制访问，并在目的完成或适用期限届满后删除或不可逆去标识化。
反滥用限流表设置7天数据生命周期；技术诊断与性能日志库设置30天保存期，随后由云服务执行过期清理。这些期限只适用于对应记录，不适用于账号或双方共享的项目记录。
你可在「我的 → 设置 → 注销账号」发起注销。云端注销需要联网与近期身份验证；只有服务器确认账号资料、会话和属于该账号且应删除的托管交付文件已处理后，App 才显示成功。双方共同交付记录会按适用目的删除或去标识化，不会以永久阻止注销代替删除。
7. 你的选择与权利
你可以通过 App 内「我的 → 设置 → 联系支持」请求访问、更正或删除个人信息，撤回非必要处理，或查询举报与支持记录。无法登录时，可通过 support@qiaochengapp.com 联系。我们不会要求你通过邮件发送短信验证码、会话令牌或身份证件。
8. 安全、未成年人和政策更新
我们使用与风险相称的访问控制、会话验证和数据隔离措施，但任何系统都无法承诺绝对安全。发现账号或数据安全问题时，请使用支持页面所列渠道报告。
未成年人应在监护人指导下使用；如果我们确认在无适当授权的情况下收集了未成年人信息，将予以删除。
数据类型、处理目的或服务方发生实质变化时，我们会更新本政策与最近更新日期，并在需要时征得同意。你可以在 桥成支持页面 查看当前联系和求助路径。

1. Who is responsible for your information
This policy applies to the QiaoCheng iOS app. The personal-information processor and legal operator is 刘璨. Questions about this policy or personal information can be sent to the dedicated business email at support@qiaochengapp.com.
2. Information we process
- Account and sign-in dataA mainland China mobile number you choose to use, the result of SMS-code verification, and the QiaoCheng user ID, account status, and first-party session created by our server. The code is used only for that verification and is not a public profile field.
- Profile and contact detailsA display name, role, skills, introduction, experience, and optional collaboration contact details you choose to provide.
- Project and collaboration contentBriefs, budget intent, acceptance criteria, proposals, quotes, in-app messages, revision and closure notes, and a final-delivery file that the developer explicitly selects for upload. Final files are limited to PDF, JPEG, PNG, or ZIP. We also process the file name, type, size, integrity hashes, and safety-scan status so the client receives the exact file the developer submitted.
- Safety and support contentReports, block requests, support topics, problem descriptions, and records needed to resolve them.
- Security, diagnostics and performanceTo limit abusive requests, we process IP-derived rate-limit identifiers, counters and times. Alibaba Cloud Function Compute and Simple Log Service also process request identifiers, execution status, error types, duration, memory use and latency to keep the service available. These records may be linked to accounts or requests and are not used for advertising or cross-app tracking.
- Necessary on-device dataOn-device preferences such as language and appearance, plus timestamps, sizes, and integrity hashes needed to select, stage, upload, download, and verify a final-delivery file. QiaoCheng uploads the current final file only after you explicitly select and confirm it. It does not scan or upload other files on your device.
QiaoCheng does not use third-party advertising SDKs, sell personal information, track people across apps, or use report, support, or delivery content for advertising profiles.
3. Why we process it
We process information to create and protect accounts and sessions; structure, publish, and browse briefs; submit and compare proposals; let selected parties message, revise, deliver, and accept work; handle reports, blocks, and account safety; respond to support requests; diagnose faults and improve service reliability and performance; and meet applicable legal requirements.
4. Who can see what
- Your mobile number, SMS-verification result, and sign-in session are not public profile fields.
- Signed-in users can see only profile fields you make public and briefs you publish.
- A proposal, its linked messages, and its final-delivery file are available only to the brief owner and that proposal’s author. Other accounts cannot query whether that file exists.
- Optional collaboration contact details are shown only to participants in the relevant selected or shared collaboration.
- The reported account cannot see the reporter’s identity in the app. Authorized personnel may access it only to handle the report.
5. Service providers and transfer boundaries
The public production release uses Alibaba Cloud China for accounts, SMS authentication, profiles, briefs, proposals, messages, deliveries, reports, and blocks. Final-delivery files are kept in private Alibaba Cloud Object Storage and inspected for malicious content with Alibaba Cloud security services; those services receive only the permissions needed for identity verification, storage, safety inspection, and authorized download. The public release does not use third-party advertising or cross-app tracking services.
External HTTPS links you choose to open are handled by their respective sites. Review those sites’ privacy terms before visiting.
6. Retention, deletion, and account closure
Account and product data are retained while needed to provide the service. Final-delivery files that are abandoned, withdrawn, rejected by the safety scan, or removed during account deletion are deleted from object storage. A file already submitted into a shared delivery record is retained only as long as needed to provide the delivery, resolve a dispute, or meet applicable legal requirements. Safety, appeal, or legally required records are access-restricted and later deleted or irreversibly de-identified.
Rate-limit tables have a seven-day data lifecycle. Technical diagnostic and performance log stores have a 30-day retention period, followed by expiration cleanup by the cloud service. These periods apply only to those records, not to account data or shared project records.
Start account deletion at “Me → Settings → Delete Account.” Cloud deletion requires a network connection and recent authentication. The app shows success only after the server confirms that account data, sessions, and managed delivery files belonging to the account and due for deletion have been handled. Shared delivery records are deleted or de-identified as appropriate; they do not permanently block account deletion.
7. Your choices and rights
Use “Me → Settings → Contact Support” to request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, withdraw optional processing, or ask about a report or support request. If you cannot sign in, email support@qiaochengapp.com. We will not ask you to email an SMS code, session token, or identity document.
8. Security, minors, and policy changes
We use access controls, session validation, and data separation proportionate to the risk, but no system can promise absolute security. Report an account or data-security concern through the channels on our support page.
Minors should use the service with guardian guidance. If we confirm that a minor’s information was collected without appropriate authorization, we will delete it.
When data categories, purposes, or service providers change materially, we update this policy and its revision date and seek consent where required. Current contact and recovery routes are listed on the QiaoCheng Support page.
